One Pound?!

So, yesterday was my weekly weigh-in and I saw the scale go down 1.4 pounds.  I don't think it was all that bad since I was on so much Sudafed and Prednisone in the weeks before which just sucked all the water out of my system, so my body is working on re-balancing and re-hydrating itself. 
Then, I went on Pinterest and saw this and had to share:

    1. It is such a great reminder. I always get frustrated with people who rag about how they didn't lose the 9 pounds in one week that Jorge said. It's like, really?!?! You lost more doing this than doing nothing. UGH! Some people, lol! Remind me of this if I become that type of person, hahaha :)

  5. That's what a lb looks like?!? Woah!!!! I probably gained a lb eating a Hershey bar at 11 Saturday night. ;)
