Menu Plan 3/5/2012 - 3/9/2012



Keeping this short and sweet today...you know, since it is already almost 9:00 pm.  UGH!  I am not sure where my day went.
Anywho, here is our eats for the week :

MONDAY
Taco Night


TUESDAY
Melt in Your Mouth Parmesan Chicken, Garlicky Almond Green Beans, Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing


WEDNESDAY
Grilled Steak, Sauteed Mushrooms and Onions, Salad De Maison


THURSDAY
Asian Pork Tenderloin, Roasted Sesame Broccoli, Shanghi Cucumbers


FRIDAY
Easy Peasy Chicken Legs, Cheesy Cauliflower, Ranch Wedge Salad

  2. What do you use to sweeten up your warm bacon dressing?

    1. I haven't tried it yet, but I am thinking maybe a little bit of Truvia or Stevia Glycerite. The recipe only calls for 1 tsp, so I would probably be ok to just use sugar as well since it would be such a small amount divided between 4-5 plates.

    2. Yes, that is a very small amount in comparison to my recipe that calls for a 1/2 cup of sugar...which is way too sweet.
