Enough about that...even with the clogged ears, I am so blissed-out right now. I just did my 4 week weigh-in and measurements. This week, I released 3.2 pounds bringing my 4 week total to 13.8 pounds and are you ready for this....29 inches!!! (((happy dance)))
Whew, got a little dizzy there for a second with all the happy dancing. Let's just move to the menu for the week shall we?

That is so exciting! That is a GREAT weight loss! My poor sister had your yuckies too, I think she went through 3 rounds of antibiotics so if you aren't feeling better soon, pursue further treatment. Her ear drum ruptured:( She is doing 100% better, so that is the really good news. You will get there!
ReplyDeleteI hate to even write this because I will get sicker,(I have a bit of a sore throat...knock, knock on wood) but I have not had a cold since I started the BFC. It is the weirdest thing. My grandson lived with us for 6 months and had colds, ear infections, in fact the poor kid has already been to the Dr. here, because he has another ear infection, but kissing on him all the time and I never got sick. My husband caught several of Karson's colds. I flew on planes with tons of sick people coughing and hacking. I swear it is the good riddance to sugar! So that is what you get to look forward too! A healthy immune system. Sadly eating the wrong things does give me tummy illness, but that's usually my own fault.
I'm rambling...anyway...feel better and congrats on your weight and inches. Woot!
Awesome! Great job on the weight loss! I also get sick much less now. The times when i have gotten sick I can totally point to my diet having too much sugar in it at those times. More reason to stay sugar free! Have a great week!
